Karen Unger, President and CEO of American Document Management, was awarded the rare Certified Computer Examiner (CCE) designation, one of fewer than 800 such designees worldwide. As a result, she has been inducted into the International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners (ISFCE). The goal of ISFCE's certification is to professionalize and further the science of computer forensics as well as set high forensic and ethical standards for forensic computer examiners. ISFCE also encourages research and development into new and emerging technologies and methods in the science of computer forensics.

Ed Castro, Technology Team Manager at American Document Management, has recently completed a rigorous training program to receive his AccessData Certified Examiner (ACE) Certification. The ACE program certifies individuals in both public and private sectors on their proficiency in the use of AccessData forensic products. Currently, AccessData has one of the top approved forensics software toolkit utilized in the US court system.
