Support during business hours may be obtained by calling either your designated Project Manager or via the Customer Support email (see below). This will be determined during your project planning meeting.

The toll-free telephone number is an answering service that has the names and contact information for all the AmDoc technical support personnel.
The Customer Support email address is automatically forwarded to the entire technical support team. AmDoc rotates customer support response among the team, and someone is always "on call" to answer your questions.
