When  documents are active or sensitive, AmDoc's Travel Team goes to the location where they are.  Specialized methods of capture, as well as AmDoc's proprietary tracking system, Citadel, ensures the complete capture of the entire collection.

AmDoc provides equipment, networks, tracking systems, personnel and management at locations of the client's choice.

International projects are handled by AmDoc network partners when budget is of concern.  AmDoc personnel and equipment are available to go on-site when confidentiality and/or control is of importance.
