CORPORATE AND FLORIDA PRODUCTION

AmDoc takes security seriously. All entrances to production and capture facilities are monitored by state-of-the-art security systems that include slide card locks, hard wired intrusion, and fire alarms that are remotely monitored by professional security personnel. The monitoring provides for the automatic dispatch of police and fire personnel as appropriate.

Corporate Headquarters, as well as our Florida production center, is  located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  

INDIANA PRODUCTION

The flagship processing and production site in Indianapolis, Indiana has 8,000 square feet of production, information services, document processing, repository, war room, attorney review, and AmDoc administrative support facilities.

DATA CENTER

AmDoc utilizes a commercial data center to house our online retrieval system. It is a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest technology in multiplexers, routers, switches, VoIP, power, network/system monitoring, access control, and security. This facility is hardened against natural disasters and maintains an on-site backup power generator to ensure continuous access to your critical documents during any event.

STAFF

AmDoc staff has an astoundingly wide field of expertise and experience. Educated in document management, network administration, computer forensics, and litigation, our team is equipped with the latest technology in the field.  Our engineers secure success in every project we embark upon.

AmDoc ensures every staff member, from Document Analyst to Project Manager to Director, is fully trained in our highly complicated technological field. Our Directors frequently attend technology seminars to receive up-to-date software training and ensure AmDoc always stays ahead of the pack.
